It’s that time of year again—graduation season! As an Ann Arbor graduation photographer, this is one of my favorite times to be behind the camera. I love working with university students during such a meaningful milestone and creating images that truly commemorate this exciting chapter.
Albert reached out a few weeks ago, and before we knew it, April had arrived! Luckily we had awesome weather today, perfect for some softer, golden hour sun. Albert chose to meet at the iconic University of Michigan Law Quad, one of the most sought-after locations for graduation photos on campus for students!
When we arrived, the Law Quad was already full of energy, with students and photographers celebrating across the grounds. We explored a variety of locations both inside and around the Quad, taking advantage of its beautiful architecture and classic backdrop.
Albert was incredibly kind and patient as we moved through different spots and poses. I always aim to create a balance of natural, candid moments alongside timeless, posed portraits with the goal of creating images that are personal and polished.
